Martian Adventures

I joined the Mars Exploration Rover Operations team in October 2003, ~3 months before the twin rovers landed on Mars. During the 3-month prime mission, I worked as a Sequence Engineer. Then I was promoted to Tactical Uplink Lead, then Mission Manager. After a year as manager, I was ready for a new challenge. I joined the Integration and Test team for PlanetQuest (launch 2014), but the project was scaled back. I joined MSAP I&T, but missed MER so much that I'm back one day a week. It's great!
